We heard about this place through Food Networks' THE BEST THING I'VE EVER EATEN. It's a shame to even say that the food here are their "Guilty pleasure"

Food are great. Will definitely visit this place again but will not be expecting good service. I believe they need to focus a bit more on their waitstaff, they need to learn to be courteous.
Get there early if you don't want to wait, they don't accept reservations.
I don't really like communal tables but i have the impression that Chicago restaurants are little by little introducing this kind of set up. So i'll deal with it. ;)
