You're hilarious, Ms. Red!!! I call your apple sauce and my apple butter incident as "the lost in translation" lol!!! I both made the apple butter and this wanton dessert at the same time. The addition of the applebutter was an after the fact. I originally thought of putting my sisters orange marmalade.
I saw your wonton a few weeks ago at the DK forum, and wow, apple butter and ice cream in a stacked wonton, is brilliant! Let me kill two birds with one comment - your Pho turned out awesome, and I'm stealing your wonton idea! lol
